1 Damaged in Shipping

My first delivery of this plane came damaged. It was however corrected in the 2nd shipment with no cost to me Thanks to Route. All other planes in my shipment arrived in good shape.

2 Damaged upon delivery

My plane had an engine broken off and a rear stabilizer also broken. I ordered 5 other planes that were delivered in perfect condition. My shipment was backed up by ROUTE and I am receiving a new plane.
